Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings for stays, accommodation, and day retreats. The remaining balance for overnight stays must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the booking. If a booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For day retreats, any remaining balance is payable on the day unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations for day retreats must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period may incur additional charges.

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.

Guests are responsible for informing us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, dietary requirements, allergies, or physical limitations. This ensures we can provide a safe and suitable experience.

Raya Sunshine Wellness Retreat is a respectful and supportive environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others or staff.

By submitting a booking request or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
